Best Western Seine West Hotel

“I stayed for 3 nights at the Seine West Hotel in Puteaux for a business trip, and I had an excellent experience. There was an issue with the air conditioning on the first night, but it was fully resolved by the second night. In the meantime, fans were provided in the room, and a second one could be requested at the front desk if needed. The reception team was extremely responsive, attentive, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very varied with quality products. A big thank you to the whole team for their warm welcome and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel!”

“Well my sister and I only had one night at this hotel but I must say what a sweet experience we had with the staff there. We were greeted with such kindness and were checked in with ease and were given instructions on how to get fresh water from the water dispenser by the bar (a happy surprise for us) and restaurant recommendations. And though the room was small and nothing super fancy it is what we expected in this price range and it was clean and comfortable and we really actually loved the location because the neighbourhood had so many cute little stores and restaurants around and points of interest so I can comfortably recommend this to you if you are on a budget but still want comfort and quality and especially a very pleasant staff. Thank you so much to the wonderful women who helped us. We will always remember your kind welcome to Paris!”

“This hotel was brilliant, we didn’t realise about the city tourist tax (our fault!) but it wasn’t a lot. All the staff were incredibly friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable with everything we needed, we were lucky enough to have a balcony and the breakfast selection was very good. The door needs a firm push / pull to make sure it’s properly closed, which can be disruptive with others guests needing to slam their doors. It’s a 10/15 minute walk from the closest metro station to take you straight in to central Paris or a nice 1.5ish hour walk, either way it’s easy and convenient and we would happily stay here again.”
